Complete digitalization of invoice approval process on Alfresco platform through integration with ABRA G3 ERP system. The process of electronic invoice approval ending with original manual processing in the ERP system has been extended and automated via the transfer of scanned invoice images and related metadata to invoice records created in the ABRA ERP system. Subsequently, invoice metadata modified in the ERP system is transferred back to the Alfresco DMS repository, where it is updated. At the same time, the consistency of invoice linking to the accounting is maintained so that it is always clear which invoice has not yet been linked and which has already been linked. The attached invoice (its image, scanned PDF) is accessible directly from the ABRA G3 ERP system user interface.
